Der Coach in der Tasche

Die Investitionen der Unternehmen in Trainings- und Weiterbildungsmaßnahmen sind hoch. Dabei wird ein Großteil der trainierten Inhalte von Mitarbeitern im Arbeitsalltag schlussendlich gar nicht angewandt. Digitale Coaches sollen Abhilfe schaffen.

Wissenschaftliche Studien zeigen, dass im Nachgang eines Trainings rund 90 Prozent der vermittelten Inhalte verloren gehen. Lediglich eine von zehn vermittelten Verhaltensweisen findet im Alltag Anwendung. Selbst hoch motivierte Teilnehmer sind häufig nicht dazu in der Lage, ihre Trainingsziele umzusetzen und ihr Verhalten im Arbeitsalltag zu verändern. Dabei investieren europäische Unternehmen laut einer Studie der Boston Consulting Group jährlich mehr als 100 Milliarden Euro in Weiterbildung. Und legt man die Zahlen des Instituts der deutschen Wirtschaft (IW) zugrunde, nach denen 86 Prozent aller deutschen Unternehmen betriebliche Weiterbildungen anbieten, belaufen sich die Investitionen hierzulande auf rund 35 Milliarden Euro — mit steigender Tendenz. Verknüpft man diese Erkenntnis damit, dass nur ein Zehntel der Trainingsinhalte angewandt werden, verschwenden deutsche Unternehmen rechnerisch mehr als 30 Milliarden Euro mit der betrieblichen Weiterbildung.

Together with Siemens CF A, Everskill was nominated for the HR Excellence Award 2017. Last Friday, we presented the joint project together with Philipp Oßwald — Manager CF A University — in front of a prestigious jury in Berlin. In the evening we visited the award ceremony and got to know many other exciting nominated projects. It was a great event!
